MetaLens เป็นแอปตรวจและลบข้อมูลที่ซ่อนอยู่ในไฟล์ภาพ (metadata เช่น EXIF, IPTC, XMP, ICC และข้อมูลการสร้างภาพด้วย AI) พัฒนาโดย VAQELUNORA แอปไม่มีระบบบัญชีผู้ใช้ และเราไม่มีเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่รับข้อมูลของคุณ

MetaLens inspects and removes the hidden data in image files (metadata such as EXIF, IPTC, XMP, ICC and AI generation data). It is made by VAQELUNORA. It has no user accounts, and we run no servers that receive your data.
Your photos and metadata stay on your device: the app reads, shows and removes metadata entirely on your device. The photos you open and the metadata inside them (which can include personal data such as GPS coordinates, capture date and time, camera model and serial number, owner name, or the prompt used to make an AI image) are never uploaded or sent anywhere: not to us, not to the ad provider, not to anyone else. The app keeps no copy of your photos and no list of files you opened, and it never modifies the original file.
Files you choose to save or share: when you tap "Clean and save a copy", the app saves a new copy to the Pictures/MetaLens folder; when you download data (such as JSON or text), it is saved to Download/MetaLens. These files stay on your device and are not deleted when you uninstall the app. When you tap Share, the file goes only to the app you pick. Temporary files made for sharing are kept in the app's cache.
Data stored on your device: your settings (theme, language), whether the photo-location permission has already been asked, and whether you bought "Remove ads". This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Permissions:
- Photo location (ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION): on Android 10 and later the system hides GPS coordinates in photos unless the app has this permission. The app uses it to show you the location recorded in a photo and to remove it reliably. It never reads your device's current location and never sends coordinates off the device. The app still works if you decline.
- Saving files (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, Android 9 and earlier only): used only to save files to Pictures/MetaLens and Download/MetaLens. Android 10 and later need no permission for this.
- Internet: used only for ads and in-app purchases, never to send photos or metadata.
- You pick photos yourself through the system file picker or the Share / Open with menu; the app does not ask for access to your whole photo library.
Ads: the free version shows banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob, which may collect and use the following to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud: the Advertising ID and other device identifiers, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostics. AdMob never receives your photos or metadata. Where the law requires it (e.g. EU/UK), you are asked for consent first through Google's User Messaging Platform and can change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy options. You can also reset or opt out of personalized ads in your device's Google settings. Until you buy "Remove ads", cleaning and saving a copy needs an internet connection so that an ad can be shown (your photos and metadata are still never sent). In-app purchase: "Remove ads" is a one-time purchase through Google Play Billing. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play; we never receive or store your payment details. The app only asks Google Play for the purchase status in order to turn ads off and to restore the purchase. After purchase the app stops loading ads.
Children: the app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes: if this policy changes, this page and the effective date above will be updated.
