Where is my progress saved?
On your device only: levels cleared, coins, bonus words and the words you found in a level you left half-played. It is removed if you uninstall the game or clear its data, and it does not move to a new phone.
I bought Remove Ads. Will I lose it if I reinstall?
No. Remove Ads comes back automatically when you reinstall, as long as you use the same Google account in the Play Store. Coin packs are used up when spent and are not restored.
What ads does the game show?
Rewarded videos that you choose to watch for free hints, and an occasional ad when you move on to the next level. Never during play and no banners. Buying Remove Ads turns off the ads between levels for good.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Google Play. Request a refund from your Google Play order history. If a Remove Ads purchase is refunded, the ads between levels come back.
How do I turn off the daily reminder?
Settings → Daily reminder. The reminder is scheduled on your device at 19:00 and sends no data anywhere.
An answer word looks wrong. Where do I report it?
Email [email protected] with the level number and the word. Word lists are reviewed and odd words are removed in updates.
How do I delete my data?
The game has no account. Uninstall it or clear its data in Android settings.
