Does Rate Pad work offline?
Yes. The calculator always works, and the converter uses the last exchange rates it downloaded until you are online again.
Where do the exchange rates come from?
From public rate services that you can choose in Settings (4 sources), or let the app pick automatically. Rates are for reference and may differ from what your bank charges.
How do I remove the ads?
Buy "Remove ads" once for ฿129. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and turns off all ads.
I reinstalled the app. Are the ads back?
No. Your "Remove ads" purchase is restored automatically every time the app opens, as long as you use the same Google account in the Play Store.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Google Play. Request a refund from your Google Play order history. After a refund the ads come back automatically.
How do I change my ad privacy choice?
In regions where the law requires consent (such as the EU and the UK), open Settings → Ad privacy options. You can also reset your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
How do I delete my data?
Everything (currencies, history, settings, saved rates) stays on your device. Uninstall the app or clear its data to remove it.
